It is paired with the in-line 4-cylinder, 2.2-liter, charge air-cooled diesel engine using a cam-driven, in-line injection pump and freshwater cooling. Together, the package operates at low cruising rpm, providing quiet operation and reduced vibrations. |

Comfort
Smooth operation with reduced vibration levels is achieved through a dynamically balanced design incorporating efficient rubber isolation. Lower engine speed, along with an inlet air silencer, reduces noise levels and enhances onboard comfort.

Efficient charging
High-capacity charging is standard. The 115A alternator has an electronic sensor which enables ahigher battery capacity. Even at idle speed, the alternator gives more than 35A, and at cruising speed it delivers approx. 100A.

Freshwater cooling
The engine is equipped with freshwater cooling as standard. This helps reduce internal corrosion and allows the engine to maintain a stable working temperature in various conditions.
